Rupert was in charge of very successful CEPIF Press Tours to international cities in Central and Eastern Europe, in order to promote their real estate markets. He managed them extremely well. Putting the tours together was very complex, balancing the right number and quality of journalists with the expectations of sponsors and city authorities.
